These models use remote sensors. The sensors can be installed in the location that is to be monitored. The control box can be installed wherever convenient. The control box can be used as a "stand-alone" or as a component of an alarm panel.

These models trip a relay for connection to a remote or to a local alarm panel, fan, or horn if there is a gas leak, or to shut off the valve, which supplies the gas.

The input power for these models is from 12V to

36V AC or DC. If the supply voltage is a 120V AC or 230V AC, a 6-watt AC to DC or AC to AC adaptor is needed for transforming the voltage down to the suitable input voltage range.
